I would not interpret the LO 26315 as an Action Script error, although it is shown by Flash, it is indeed a Business Objects error message.
ActionScript Errors are mostly just numbers or numbers with a #-prefix.
Do you access your WebI reports via instances or do you refresh your data on demand (live)?

I would suggest to do some kind of system audit, because you described that the error only appears if a large nr. of users are checking the dashboards.
(about how many users are we talking?)

It might also be a licencing issue. Depending on you architecture in worst case every user does a view on demand aka. refresh on a webi report, which could affect licencing model and performance.

Hi Ulrich,
thanks for your answer. I just think the 5th point in FP1 has somethink to do with LO 26315.
From Webi Proc Server side everything is ok. When a large nr. of users are checking the dashboards, then we recieve this error. Maybe you can help me, how to configure the Webi server properly. What should I take into consideration? thank you a lot

Hello Jacek,

as far as i know error message LO 26315 is not a Xcelsius bug.
I experienced this error message either when the WebIProcessingServer does not run properly, an
instance failed, or the LO-Connections were mismatch.

First of all i would recommend to check the WebIProcessingServer. If everything is fine, i would recommend to
export the excel model from xcelsius und try to refresh LO-Connections. If they fail, you will receive a detailed error
message of the failed objects in the LO-Object properties.

Does FP1 solve the error message 'LO 26315'?
