Take a look a this great Preview of Xcelsius (Next Generation) aka. Dashboard Design. The following Video shows the new Query Browser to query and filter a universe and populate the underlying excel or the charts, without excel data-ranges.
IMHO this is a really cool and valuable improvement of Xcel....

With the upcoming Release 4 of SAP Business Objects, the term "XI" will be removed from the BO Toolset.

For SSO configuration in BOE with SAP you configure a default authentification (SAP) system in Central Management Console.
While in InfoView you are able to edit the SAP System ID and SAP Client Number (see below), the authentification in LiveOffice always runs against the default authentification system.
With the following workaround you are able to use another, than the default authentification system in LiveOffice.
As in LiveOffice Logon Dialog you cannot edit he SAP System ID and SAP Client Number, you can just use the fully qualified SSO-User:
[System-ID]~[Client-No.]/[Username]
For System-ID and Client-No. use the System-ID and Client-No. of the authentification system you would like to use instead of the default authentification system.
